REGULAR FRIDAY RIVER SWIM

Thanks for Andrew Lister organising a regular Friday lunch time swim as follows:

Lets make it a regular thing, so no need for updates each week. I'll be there this week, but may miss others. So whoever's there can make their own plans. However, we'll generally aim to swim about 1.5km - 1.8km - or basically up to Sails, around the corner and back - similar to the Saturday swim. If you're keen, aim to try and arrive in the Sea Rescue carpark by 12.00 so we're in the water by 12.15.

It sounds like a good range of swimming abilities are interested, so bring fins, wetsuits, pull-buoys, bands(!) or whatever else takes your fancy. Quite a few who've shown interest are slower swimmers, so if you think you fit that category don't feel that you'll be left behind. I'm sure that whoever's there each week will ensure that everyone gets someone to swim with. To that end, spread the word so more of your mates turn up!
