Just a reminder that race 2 of the Midcoast Windows duathlon series is on this Sunday. We'll be firing up the bbq to help warm you up after the race if you haven't raced hard enough and if you did race hard you get to refuel the body after your effort out there on the course.
Cost for new comers and non-members is $10, which will make you a temporary member of the club.
Come down have some fun, have a feed meet some new people and enjoy life.

- Rego: 6.30-7.15am
- Race Start: 7.30am
- Distance: 1.5km run / 27km bike / 2.5km run
